all settings for PilotManager gone

When I fired up Pilotmanager this morning, I got the "Welcome new users" 
message.  A bit of a surprise since I've been running PilotManager for over a 
year.  Then when I tried to run PilotManager, all settings seem to be gone.  If 
I do a File->Properties, it shows no conduits in my list of conduits.

Any suggestions for how to get back on the air?  I'm running PilotManager 1.106.
