Plan/Pilot Inconsistency (SyncPlan Question)

I have entered a repeating appointment in Plan, that starts on 1/4/99,
and continues weekly until 3/15/99.  I set up the repeating pattern for
exactly those dates.  Plan shows these appointments just fine.  When I
sync this appointment with PilotManager, my pilot drops the last
occurance of this appointment.

I have confirmed that Plan shows the end date of this appointment as
3/15/99, and my Pilot shows the end date of this appointment as 3/14/99.

When I enter a weekly repeating appointment on the Pilot and sync, it
shows up just fine in Plan and the Pilot.  If I edit this appointment in
Plan and sync again, the end date of the repeating appointment is always
changed to one day sooner on the Pilot.

Any Ideas?
