SyncToDo query

right now it appears that the ToDo sync conduit just syncs the todo lists
as a database.

However, the Memos appear to get converted into a text file and back.

Has anyone considered a configuration option for the ToDo Sync that
would convert the todo list to a text format?

I would love to be able to sync my todo list to disk, go into the text files
and reorder the todos, then resync to get things into a new order.
