trying to get it to work

I am having trouble getting this to work. When i first ran it I 
got this error message:


Your calendar (on babylon5) is in an out-of-date data format.
Please upgrade it to the new format using 'sdtcm_convert'.
If you have difficulties, please request that your system
administrator assist you.


Also, should i identify my calander as user@mailserver or 
user@hostname?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Right now it
seems to by trying to sync but says one was copied which
I can't seem to even find on my pilot. I think i have everything
else working... Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
