There's a PilotManager condoit (I think it's SyncMail, actually, but
it's at home) which will send mail written on the pilot, though it
will not sync mail in your workstation mail folders to the pilot.
(Not surprising... how many different folder-formats do different apps
use?)

There was something which could sync mh folders to the pilot (maybe
pilot-link?), and I believe kpilot can sync from a POP server, so you
might check the code of those to see how it's done.
