is pilotmgr still being worked on?

Looks like the files haven't been updated in some time.
My ability to use this tool has dropped since I got stuck on
a machine without the ability to run calendar manager, and
I can't get SyncPlan to work (plan works fine) even with
the latest beta.

I'm willing to try other calendars - my only requirement is
that the calendar allows me to enter an email address for
alerts (instead of or along with, popups) and that I can
sync to the Pilot...
