Pilot not talking

Hello All,

Thanks to everyone who offered advice on getting my Palm III and my
Ultra1 to talk again. I have tried it all to no avail.

The only thing left is to determine if the ports are bad. I have no
idea how to do this. Any suggestions would be appreciated. 

This is a great program that I have become totally dependant on. Alan
and the other folks, keep up the great job we really appreciate what
you do and the support you give on this.
