The way the Installer conduit works is to copy the file(s) you select to upload
to its directory (normally ~/.pilotmgr/Installer). When you sync, Installer
will delete each file after it's been uploaded. If the sync is interrupted,
those files not uploaded will still be in the Installer directory.
Maybe what you can do is have a cron job to copy your file every night (or as
often as needed) to the Installer directory. Any files in the Installer
directory (no matter how they go there) will be uploaded when the conduit run.
