Has anyone written an install database conduit?

I have at least one database of info that is generated on my desktop on an
almost daily basis.

What I would love to be able to do is configure pilotmgr so that :

1. It shows me the databases I have installed
2. Allows me to specify what databases I want to add or delete from the list
3. Downloads databases from my desktop that have been modified since the
	last time I sync'd.

When setting up pilotmgr, I was in configure and noticed installer was one
of the options. I added that to my list of conduits, to try it out. When
I selected it to configure it, I was excited to see the Databases to be
Installed dialog pop up. I then did an add, dismissed the dialog, and did
a sync. Sure enough, the database was installed.

I was quite happy.

The next day, I did a sync and noticed that the database didn't get downloaded.
I brought up the configure and was disappointed to see that the database I
had added the day before was no longer listed. This meant that not only
did I not get the new version downloaded, but I couldn't even select it to
be deleted if the need arose.

Has anyone an updated version of the Installer conduit, or even a new
alternative conduit that would cover these kinds of needs?
