Time Zone Bug

Hi,

Can someone tell me how to fix this bug so I can get the PilotManager working?
I received a message that my system's time zone is set to US/Pacific and should
be changed to PST8PDT.

I still get the same error message after changing the time zone setting
(using the clock command) as directed.

Regards,

Grace Yu
