At my office, I use fetchmail to pull my mail from an Exchange server
into my workstation's mail spool using pop3. I believe that some
configuration needs to be done to the Exchange server to get it to do
pop3. Also, I've noticed that the server's implementation of pop is
somewhat broken (ie., when there are no waiting messages, exchange
fails your session authentication (!) rather than letting you in and
telling you that you have 0 messages...)
That said, if your exchange setup will do this, you should be able to
either sync your mail using pop3, or at least get it onto your UNIX
machine and sync from there...
