Linux/Unix Sync to Exchange for Datebook?

  At the office they use Exchange for planning and all that fun.
I do not wanna be on a NT workstation due to productivity reasons.
Does anyone know if there's a sync/conduit that'll save to an exchange 
file or however they do it?
