more linux libs

Hi all-

I haven't heard from anyone yet about the new linux libraries for use with
perl 5.003.

Well, I now also have untested libs for perl 5.004 or higher, also at:

http://www.moshpit.org/pilotmgr/binaries/test/

These libs do NOT require that you have pilot-link installed on your
system.  However, the 5.004 libs don't have the Calendar::CSA package, so
if you have CDE for linux you'll have to build this package yourself..
