new libs

Hi all-
I've built new libraries for Linux and perl 5.003.  These libs do NOT
require that you have pilot-link already installed.

If you have linux and perl 5.003 please go to
http://www.moshpit.org/pilotmgr/binaries/test/
and try them out- they are currently *untested*.

I'm working on perl 5.004+ libs too..
