Lynx, Makedoc and Pilot Manager

Hi all,

I've written a script to download web pages with lynx, convert
them to DOC format with makedoc and save them in the Pilot
Manager Install directory to be synced on my next hotsync.  

This works great. I've get the latest news on all my interests
each morning with one hotsync.  The only catch is that every time
I sync, any docs I've assigned categories for get reset to
"unfiled."  Does anyone know if this behavior is unique to Teal
Doc? Is there some way around this?
