[Q] Compiling pilot-link version 0.8.9 on Solaris

Hi PalmPilot users on Solaris.

I was trying to compile version 0.8.9 of pilot-link on Solaris 2.6 and received
the following error:

c++ -I./include -I./include -g -O2 -Wall  -DLIBDIR=\"/usr/local/lib\"  -c
ccexample.cc
ccexample.cc:4: iostream.h: No such file or directory
*** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `ccexample.o'

The include file iostream.h is expected as a system include file from looking
at the source for ccexample.c, and there doesn't seem to be an include file in
Solaris 2.6 installation that I can find. There is, however, a stream.h! are
they equivalent? If not is there na iostream.h for Solaris 2.6 somewhere to
let this compile?

Thanks.
