SyncCM prefs are invalid

Hi everyone,
I am new to PilotManager and finally got up it up and running - almost.
Whenever I try to sync ma PPPro I get the following error message in a window:
"Your SyncCM calender is set incorrectly.  Please fix it!"  The status window
says: "SyncCM prefs are invalid Aborting..."

Now:  What does this mean?! I have not touched the preference files.
Removing the files did not help either. What does SyncCM expect?
I could not find anything in the documentation about this.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
