Sync CM with PC

Has anyone 'adapted' the pilotmgr syncCM module to enable a sync between the 
PC's datebook.dat file and Calendar Manager?

I work nomadically and am rarely able to get into the office to do a sync so 
this would be most useful. I could ftp the 35k datebook.dat file and then 
 from a telnet session run a command to sync CM with the file.
Uni-directional would be fine, with datebook.dat acting as the master.

More in hope than expectation (please prove me wrong!).
