The easiest thing to do would be to use the Installer conduit to reinstall
AddressDB.pdb (and any other files you lost) in your Pilot. You should find
them under ~/.pilotmgr/Backup/LatestArchive/ or something similar.
Alternatively, you can use pilot-xfer from the pilot-link package to install
the files.
