restoring phone list

Hello,

My palmpilot flaked during a recent backup, and I am now having trouble
figuring out how to resore the phone list.  Syncing up the CM was easy,
but is there a way to tell PilotManager (v1.100) to download the disk
copy of the address list?  Does the backed up address list get overwritten
each time, even if the only thing in the pilot is the eprom-based Pilot
customer service number?
