FYI,
#> 2. I told the PC to purge all events older than 2 weeks.
calendar pruning is also possible through sdtcm_convert (1) on a
Solaris desktop. Check man page for more info.
Example usage is:
sdtcm_convert -s mm/dd/yy <username>
where -s specifies the date to prune the calendar.

Hello Edward,
This type of problem can come from some overloading of the calendar in
the PalmPilot. When I had this problem, the user had several years of
calendar in the PalmPilot.
1. I backed up the Palm to a PC.
2. I told the PC to purge all events older than 2 weeks.
3. I did a hard reset on the Palm, erasing all data on Palm.
4. I restored the Palm from the PC.
5. I set Calendar Manager to sync only the past 25 weeks.
6. I hit a SyncCM just to be safe.
7. I synced the Palm with Calendar Manager.
8. Life is good.
