Backups after Hard RESET

Hi all,

I just did a "hard reset" (simultaneous power button and reset switch)
on my pilot to bring it back to life...

Now I just want my names/addresses and memo pad info from the prior
hotsync...the dates/calendar backup but not the user applications
or the addresses.

Anyone have an answer?
