Strange behaviour on my Pilot - who should I talk to?

Hi Pilot users.

My Pilot has started to behaviour strangely. The Pilot responds very slowly
and sometimes no at all. Sometimes pushing the ON/OFF button has no effect
(ie will not turn the Pilot off or will not turn it on). The screen is
sluggish and sometimes the buttons do not respond.

I tried syncing with PilotManager and all of a sudden the Pilot and the
Ultra1 could not connect!

Any ideas?
