perl versions

Hello to those who have stuck it out thru all this hoo-hah and are still on
the discussion alias!
(as expected, those who really just want to see product announcements are
dropping off this alias and just sticking with pilotmgr-announce)

I've done a little testing and I think I've figured out why Bharat did the
whole "only certified for perl5.003" thing.. (bharat, maybe some more
historical info is in order?)

perl5.003 and 5.004_<anything> generate binary *incompatible* libraries.
ie, Tk 400.202 compiled for perl5.00404 will work with perl5.00401, but NOT
with 5.003. (if anyone disagrees with this please let me know, but I
couldn't get both 5.003 and 5.004 to use the same .so files)

I would like to continue to support perl5.003 (as that is the version installed
on Sun's shared filesystems), so I'm expanding the files available on the
web page to additionally be listed by perl version.

Check for the latest format by friday(tomorrow) morning..
