Hi Seth,

I already dropped a mail to Alan. The /usr/dist line is the place, where 
internally within SUN you can find perl, as it is distributed around the world.

I guess he put up the package after running PilotMgr.pm for the first time, in 
which Setup finds the perl path and so now the updated PilotMgr.pm is in the 
distribution.
