Newest pilot manager problems ...

Greets,
	I just grabbed the newest pilot manager.

	The biggest complaint is that the PilotMgr.pm has a #! line that
executes :

#!/usr/dist/pkgs/perl,v5.003/5bin.sun4/perl

	I would like to propose that the #! line refer to a path is more
standardized for perl (i.e., #!/usr/local/bin/perl or #!/usr/bin/perl).
Also, I've had no problems with perl 5.004_04 and pilot manager. Can we
get rid of the error message that comes up if you don't have perl 5.003?
It doesn't seem necessary.
