PilotManager backlog

I've got about 15 PilotManager emails in my backlog and I'm too
busy to follow up on them right now. If you've sent me PilotManager
email in the past week or so, I'm going to have to ask you to
be patient. I'll follow up on your problem when I get a chance
(probably not until next week... :-( )
