SyncCM / CDE update

Greetings --

I've been working on getting SyncCM to work with older versions
of CDE (specifically, CDE v1.0.2 which is the most current
version of CDE shipped with Solaris 2.5.1 and earlier).

	Alas, I have bad news.

There's a bug in the way that the time-range code works in
libcsa. This bug has been fixed in later revisions of libcsa,
but I have been unable to find a patch for v1.0.2. For the
techies in the crowd, the bug is in the code that converts
ISO8601 time ranges to tick values. I'll email you more details
if you're interested. Unfortunately, this is critically
	required functionality for SyncCM.

The upshot is that there is no publicly released version of
CDE short of CDE 1.2 that will work properly with SyncCM without
some fairly radical changes to SyncCM. I don't have the time
to make these radical changes. If you're outside of Sun
Microsystems, your only option is to upgrade to Solaris 2.6.
