In addition, there's 'pilot-mail' which will fetch from a POP3 box and 
will send outgoing via SMTP.  It works with the palmpilot mail app.

Sparc binary at:

/net/legba.corp/usr/local/bin/pilot-mail

Included in the pilot-link utilities, I do believe.
