Michael, 

        The most likely scenario is that you have an old version of the
        CDE libraries installed on your system.  To determine which
        version of the CSA library you have, type the following
        command:

                % /usr/ccs/bin/mcs -p /usr/dt/lib/libcsa.so

        These are the appropriate versions for 2.5 and 2.6:

                Solaris 2.5.1:
                "CDEVersion1.1":sparc:12Jun97-01:50:01

                Solaris 2.6:
                "CDEVersion1.2":sparc:26Jun97-20:13:32

        If your library is not this recent, you should have your system
        administrator upgrade your system to at least CDE 1.1 FCS.
