I use the pilot-mail binary that is included in the latest pilot-tools
bundle. You can grab a copy (if you're on SWAN) from
/net/legba.corp/usr/local/bin/pilot-mail. It will sync to a POP mail
box as well as dump any outgoing pilot mail.
There's also a perl script available at the same place you grabbed
pilotmanager that will allow you to send out specially formatted
memopad entries as email. I used it a little before I started using
the pilot-mail program, and it worked ok although it was outgoing
only.
