I have answered this question directly to George.

But, FYI -- the most likely cause of this is because George is
pointing SyncCM at the calendar on his local machine, but his
real calendar has been moved (by ENS, looks like) to
"gherman@seacat".  Reconfiguring SyncCM and re-running the Sync
should fix this.
