[PilotMgr] Calendar Move

My workstation calendar was moved to a new server and now I am unable
to SYNC it because the name of my calendar was changed in the move.

It has been a while since I have ran edits to Pilotmanager. Can someone
send me the script and commands I need to run in order to get my new
calendar manager name linked?
