[PilotMgr] SyncBBDB / Perl 5.6 / MD5 fix

There was some discussion recently about the fact that in Perl 5.6 the
MD5 module has become Digest::MD5, and this necessitates edits to
SyncUtils::localHashDB in order to get SyncBBDB working again.

An alternative option is to save the attached file as MD5.pm in the
same directory that SyncBBDB/ and SyncUtils/ are in (~/lib/perl/, in
my personal configuration; ~/.pilotmgr/ would also work).
