[PilotMgr] Can't Sync my calendar

I'm trying to sync my Palm with my workstation calendar.  It always worked before and it still works at home on my laptop. 

Here are some of the messages:

'asandler@hsnwk02a' does not exist.  Attempting to create it.
Error: Csa add-calendar failed: UNSUPPORTED CHARACTER SET (36) AT /usr/dist/local/share/pilotmgr/SyncCM/cm.pm line 92.
No changes
SyncCM encountered an error during operation
To avoid causing further complications, the next calendar sync will be a full sync.

Can someone please direct me on how to fix this?  Thanks in advance.
