[PilotMgr] New Pilot

I lost my pilot a few months back
and got another PalmIIIx but can't
get it to sync with my desktop.
Msg:  Unable to connect to the pilot.  Sync aborted.
I have tried reloading sw etc... but I think
somehow it is looking for the old pilot id or
something.  Any words of wisdom???
