[PilotMgr] double and triple appointments

Hi,

Every now and then when I sync I get double of every
appointment.

It just happened again.  I went in and deleted all the
duplicates and resync'ed and now I have triple of every
appointment.

This is killing me.  Does anyone know why this happens,
how to fix it, and how to avoid it?
