Re: [PilotMgr] Palm & Sunray
Hmm, maybe we're just lucky. 8-)
We plug in the USB cable & the SunRay automagically recognizes it & adds
it as a device. I'm sort of fuzzy on the details now, but there are two
brands of USB-Serial devices certified (see
http://www.sun.com/io_technologies/sunray/usb/vendor/vendor.ionetworks.html#prod2
)
and it happens that one of them uses the same USB chipset that Palm
uses. So when you plug in the adapter from Palm it just works, at least
for us in our FO.
