[PilotMgr] SyncMail 1.0 beta1 released.

  SyncMail 1.0 Beta1 is an IMAP only release.

  Well, I decided to stop reinventing the wheel when it came to MIME
parsing.  I have removed the internal MIME parser and now use the
MIME-tools package.  Beta1 has the following changes.

      Remove internal MIME parser and use MIME-tools.
      Handle nested multipart MIME. 
      Handle quoted-printable. 
      Handle failing to connect to SMTP server. 

  Please note that the package requirements have changes.  MIME-tools has quite
a list of required packes. You can get SyncMail and the required packages at
http://www.playground.net/~gregg/SyncMail/ .

  Because of a busy work schedule coming up, Beta2 will be around mid-May.
