[PilotMgr] [Fwd: PilotManager help]

Please reply directly to me, as I am not on this alias...  To clarify my
original email... PilotManager blows away as soon as I click on the sycn
button.  This happens whether I use my local installation, or a version
I tried across the net:
/net/qtt.eng/export/tools/internal/pilotmgr/pilotmgr/PilotManager

I keep getting the error message below whenever I try to sync using
PilotManager.

I used to use PilotManager about a year ago, before I got a SunRay, but
have not synced (with my Sun account) since then.  Now that we finally
have our SunRay servers upgraded to 1.2, and I have the hardware
connection resolved (the Palm-USB kit is doing the trick), I tried to
sync again, first using PDASync.  I got the error message that says I
must sync one last time with PilotManager, because the formats are
incompatible.  When I tried to sync again with PilotManager (still
installed in my home directory, from a year ago), the application
self-destructs every time I click the Sync button.

I completely reinstalled PilotManager, and am still having the same
problem.  Any ideas?
