Hi,
I'm using SyncCM v1.102 within SWAN. I was having odd problems where I
would have one appointment in my dtcm view but then after doing a full
sync I'd have two in dtcm or two on my Palm.
It certainly looked to me like oddness related to dtcm and it's
datastore (my understanding is that we've replaced rpc.cmsd with a
different deamon which uses a datastore which "scales better"). So in
frustration I decided to configure the conduit to "pilot overwrites desktop".
After doing this I find that my weekly repeating appointments are now
individual appointments - one per week. Also, the "Change" button is
grayed out, so I can't alter them in any way (I realize a workaround is
to "Delete" and "Insert", since the info is cached in the widget).
Did I do something wrong (other than trying this in the first place :-)?
Or is this a "feature"?
