[PilotMgr] HELP

All,

Not sure if anyone on this alias can help, but every time I try and sync 
my workstation and my palm, PilotManager aborts and disappears as soon as
it starts SyncCM.  The following error message appears in my terminal
window.

Up till now I have never had any trouble syncing.

Any ideas?
