[PilotMgr] Missing Dialog.al

I just tried to upgrade SyncMemo but it doesn't work. When I truss the
PilotMgr.pm process, it seems to be spinning trying to open
~/pilotmgr/lib/perl5/auto/Tk/Toplevel/Dialog.al
This file doesn't exist, where can I get it?
