[PilotMgr] syncab help sought

I get this error from SyncAB.  However, I'm uncertain where to make the
change needed to resolve the error.

Synchronizing using the SyncAB conduit
11/13/2000 11:45:01   AppInfo field label[14] changed on both pilot and file!
                      Not updating either side.. please change them to be the same.
                      (pilot=URL, file=Custom 1)
