Hi Richard,
I recently went through this and have it working off my windows client.
You need to install the Netscape Calendar Palm Sync software after you install the Palm Desktop software, as it replaces/modifies the
HotSync Manager software.
There is also an NCsync application you need to install on the Palm.
It works fine for me: Palm 3, PalmOS 3.0, Windows 2000
