[PilotMgr] problem with SyncBBDB conduit under Solaris

There is a mismatch between the prebuilt libs you downloaded with
PilotManager and your Perl Installation. Another user who seemed to
have a similar problem reported success when he dowloaded the Perl MD5
package and built it himself (you will need to make sure the newly
built MD5 is found before the old one, by replacing or removing the
one in PilotMgr).
