I have a IIIc and am having no problems syncing. Maybe someone can tell me 
what I did right? Here's what I did when I got the IIIc:

1/ Used "install-user" from the pilot-link suite to set the HotSync name on my 
new IIIc to match my old IIIx.

2/ Used PilotManager (1.107, Perl 5.005_03, Red Hat Linux 6.1) to install my 
old databases and applications.

I sync daily using PilotManager. About once a week or so I have a Sync which 
fails to complete on the first try, but goes fine on the next try.
