[PilotMgr] Palm Vx Crash

I am running PilotMgr for more that a year now and it has worked like a dream.  I have been using version 1.107 on a SUN Altra 5.  I got a new PAlm Vx and I installed all my apps from my Palm III to a Palm Vx using the installer conduit to retrieve the Latest-Archive.

I then tried to install palmname.prc and this is what I got in the shelltool that I started PilotMgr from:

After which PilotMgr crashed and disapeared from my desktop.  Can anyone help with this?
