[PilotMgr] Can't do backups

Hello All,

I've just purchased a NEW Palm VIIx.  I can't get the new Palm to back up using 
Pilotmanager.

Getting the following error message:

08/15/100 15:10:43   Please press the Hotsync button on your Pilot cradle
08/15/100 15:10:45   Connected.
08/15/100 15:10:50   Error: Modification of a read-only value attempted at 
/share/bin/public/pilotmgr/PilotManager line 2663.


Any help would be appreciated!
