[PilotMgr] XML Syncing tools

FYI: here's a pointer to the second alpha release of my Pilot/XML
syncing tools. These are two conduits for PilotManager that sync the
AddressBook and DateBook using XML.

This is the draft article that'll be going in sun.com/xml next week,

I know this list reaches the public, that's ok, there's nothing
